Residential Services are geared toward the home owner that uses their computer for personal purposes. Are you looking for a new computer and are confused by all the geek speak and tech language? Is the computer that you have not behaving like you think it should? Allow me to come take a look at your computer and see what I can do to help your situation out. Due to the potential of Spyware and Viruses a trend in home computers is to upgrade the computer that the parents use and configure the old computer for the kids. This allows more protection for the computer that helps manage the household finances and other critical items. When all else fails we can erase the hard drive on the kids computer and start over.

Service Call

$25 – within 30 miles one way from Kingston, TN
$35 – over 30 miles one way from Kingston, TN

Service Call fee includes free diagnostic testing to determine cause of unsatisfactory performance of system.
Will provide on-site service or we can pick up equipment and deliver after service is performed.

Virus/Spyware removal

$60

If possible viruses and spyware will be removed. A slow computer does not necessarily mean that the computer is infected with Spyware. In rare instances the problem can only be resolved by reinstalling the Operating System.

Component install or replace

Installation/replacement of hard drive, memory, or other internal component of the computer.

Peripheral Install

Installation of a device that does not exist inside the computer. This includes the software and any drivers that came with the peripheral as well as the verification of operation.

Reinstall Operating System

If Recovery discs for the computer did not come with the computer or are not available other means of reinstalling the Operating System can be performed. This does not include any software that was not included in the cost of the computer itself.

Data Backup

Develop a procedure of making a duplicate of important files so that in case of loss the information and pictures will not be lost forever.

Network Configuration

Discover the Network Topology that is requested and how best to implement the network. This includes configuration of the computers that will connect to the network.

Data Recovery

A best effort will be made to retrieve information from a hard drive that is no longer working.
